I am a Realtor and not a 'principle' who just moved offices within the same company. Our company allows as to recruit (sponsor in other agents). The owner/broker of office I have left is demanding that I not solicit any agents from her office to join me in my new office. Can I solicit agent?

You may talk with the agents so long as you did not sign a non compete clause or there is no interoffice prohibition within the company that disallows soliciting agents. If there is a company policy you would be subject to it and cannot violate it.
