I need for you to clear me up this resignation from the President of the Board. Two days later, he sent a letter that he had not resigned from the Board, only from the Presidency.    I know it''s not clear but since he wishes the best of luck and thanks and best wishes in the future... It is understood that he no longer wants to be involved.                                        & nbsp;                                          ;Dear BOD:
I hereby tender my resignation from my position as President of the board. It has been a pleasure to work with each and everyone of you and wish you the best of luck.

As you can see, he has a language barrier and we all had interpreted by his best wishes that he had resigned completely. He stated to me on the phone prior to sending the letter, that he wanted out and was tired of being involved with this Board.
