(Not a Legal Question?)

was this wrongful termination
Sent to Legal Experts December 07 09:15 AM

I was fired from my job before my 90 day probation period because I was late twice and called n twice but had documentation. They also said that i was verbally warned, But no one warned me and I wasn't written warned. And they also said because of my uniform. It took them a month to get me a uniform. I did go 2 work 1 day without uniform pants but that was because I had messed up the pair I had on. But I had on my uniform shirt.

aretha2007,

Thank you for choosing Just Answer!

The key here is that you were within the probationary period during which you would generally be considered an at-will employee even if an employment contract would come into effect after the period.

Therefore, unless you have reason to believe your termination was motivated by a discriminatory act (such as being fired for your gender, ethnicity, or age) it would appear as though the termination was legal given what you've told me.
