Order cancellation before shipping is subject to 3.2% cancellation fee. http://www.floridamusicco.com/return.htm Is this legal in Florida, it is not in the UK. Does the USA have legal timescales for communication on order fulfilment, be cynical to me. Get my audioMIDI order to me by 6pm 28 November and I may plump for capitalism.

Optional Information:
United Kingdom

Already Tried:
m-audio ie40 is the perfect low budget monitoring solution which doesn't annoy neighbouring tennants, not avail in UK at moment, figured to buy direct from USA a few USA websites say they can do this, BUT ARE NOT EXPLICIT ABOUT TIMESCALE FROM DATE OF ORDER.

Hello,

In the US, the shipping terms are either governed by the contract or through the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) similar to the UK Sale of Goods Act.

A Vendor is not obligated at law to commit to a time line for delivery. HOWEVER where a time line is not committed, an implied term of reasonableness needs to be applied.

The best way to deal with a situation like this is to.

1. Ask is it in stock,
2. Ask what carrier and delivery method they will be using.
3. Always get a tracking number.
4. Pay with a credit card.

If they fail in any of their delivery promises, then you can call the credit card company and they will refund you the money.
