I WAS OFFERED I JOB AND TOLD THAT I WAS THE BEST CADIDATE FOR THE POSITION. I WATIED FOR ALMOST TWO MOTHS FOR HR TO FINISH THERE PROCISING OF THE PAPER WORK. HR CALLED ME AND OFFERED ME THE POSSITION.AND THEN CALLED ME IN TO FILL OUT THE PAPER WORK AND DO A DRUG SCREENING. EVERYTHING CLEARED AND I WAS GIVEN A OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH APPOINTMENT AND START DATE. MY START DATE NEVER CHANGED,BUT MY OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH APPOINTMENT WAS PUSHED BACK TWICE. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS BECAUSE HR WANTED ME TO FILL OUT SOME GAPS IN MY WORK HISTORY. AFTER PROVIDING THEM WITH AS MUCH HELP AS I COULD, I RESEVED A CALL ON THUSDAY AT ABOUT 3:30 PM AT WICH TIME THE CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYMENT WAS RESENDED. MY OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY AT 9:00 AM AND I WAS SCHEDUALED TO BEGIN WORK ON THE FALLOWING MONDAY.

I do not believe that you have a strong lawsuit against your prospective employer. The law will not force an employer to hire a prospective employee. The law will not get that involved in the day-to-day operations of a business. I am sorry my information is not more positive.

I hope that I have helped, answered all of your questions, and that I have provided you with useful information. Please contact me if I have not answered all of your questions. If my answer is satisfactory please accept it. I really appreciate positive feedback.

In the future, you can specifically request that I work with you on your legal question. If you have specifically requested that I answer this question, thank you.

Please be aware that my answer is not legal advice, it is merely information. You and I have not entered into an attorney/client relationship. The only way that I am legally responsible for your legal rights is if you have signed a written retainer agreement with my law firm.
