i loaned $15,000 to my ex-brother-in-law a few years ago to buy a car. we drew up a contract and both signed it. he made some payments, but still owes over $13,000. i have the contract, letters written requesting payment, copies of monthly billing statements that i've generated. he still hasn't paid. i'm in my 4th year of dental school at harvard and really need the money to make ends meet. he divorced my sister-in-law 2 years ago and traded in the car to buy a new one. how do i go about suing him? i live in MA; he lives in AZ.

Optional Information:
Boston, Massachusetts

Already Tried:
i send monthly billing statements. and i sent a letter threatening to sue a year ago. he made payments for 6 months, then moved and left no forwarding address. i've had to hunt him down through his mother.
