Reply to Jane T's Post: Yes I signed a to comply with terms and conditions with in the handbook. The withdrawl section stated required to give 2 week notice but there was an inconsistany with the billing amounts so I paid my current bill in full and withdrew my child from the facitity. I pay full cost of childcare.

Reply to Jane T's Post: In the withdrawl section it states required to pay bill in full before withdrawing child for the facility. I paid my current bill in full and now she is saying I am responsible for the 2 week notice amount of $67.50 (2) = $135.00 which my daughter is no long going there. I didnot give her a two-week notice, I paid my bill in full, gave her a letter on why I was withdrawing my child, and her last day was 4/27/07. No I did not pay for the addtional 2 weeks she is asking for. She is stating the handbook is a binding contract and addtional payment is owed.
