If I contract to have boy scout patches made and they are made incorrectly is the manufacturer responsible to re-make the patches?? My original artwork was correct. The mistake was on his proof and was not caught before production.

Did they send you a copy of the proof, and you did not pick up the error, or did they not pick up the error?

i.e. did you sign off on the proof?
