What reason (if any) does the company give for not refunding your money?
Was there a contract?
Was the contract written or verbal?
What are the contract provisions?
Under the contract -- was there a performance deadline? If yes, did the deadline expire?
Under the contract -- what happens to the $1,000.00 fee -- if no house was found?
Was no house found -- or did you refuse a house(s) that was offered to you? If you refused a house(s) -- why?

In my opinion, it doesn't make much sense for me, or some other
Specialist, to provide an answer for you -- if you won't end up
